# wp-content/plugins

 * I am looking for a wp-content/plugins folder or directory. All I see is a plugins.
   php file in my wp-admin folder. Is the wp-content/plugins directory the same 
   thing as the plugins.php file?
    Also, when I go into my plugins management area,
   I see a message that simply says: “Couldn’t open plugins directory or there are
   no plugins available.” Now it is possible that there are not any plugins available
   as I haven’t entered any and I don’t know that any plugins are included in the
   WP 1.2 download. Thanks for your help.

 * Hey Beel,
    Thanks for helping me realize that I simply needed to upload this 
   thing. Somehow I missed that during the first steps I was taking with transferring
   files. I think I”m starting to get going now with the plugins.
