    Hi,
I have installed WP Fastest Cache and when trying to enabled it, I am getting the following error message:
    – /wp-content/cache/ permission has to be 755 and
    – /wp-content/cache/all/ permission has to be 755

I am trying to change the permissions to 755 from ftp but I am getting the responce that (500 ‘SITE CHMOD 755 cache’: command not understood).

This happends beacuse the we have Windows Server not Linux.

Coulld you please help how we could solve this error and enable the plugin?

Please try to remove the /wp-content/cache/ folder via FTP manually.

The plugin does not create the folders itself. Before this step it asks for the creation of -cache and -cache/all folders.

did you try to create by yourself? by the way, if there is no problem on the permissions, you try to change the file owner.
