# WP-config.php file missing

 * A couple hours ago my site was working perfectly fine and all of a sudden when
   i refreshed the page i got this message:
 * There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get 
   started.
 * Need more help? We got it.
 * You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn’t
   work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.
 * and it’s asking me to create a wp-config.php file. I’m not sure what occurred
   during the time I went to grab some dinner and now. I didn’t do anything just
   refreshed it when it returned and now it won’t even let me get back into the 
   admin page.

 * Has anyone encountered this problem before? I use go daddy for my domain.

 * Does anyone know whether that is a legitimate message from WordPress? If the 
   site had been working, I would expect to see a database connection error.

 * WordPress checks for the existence of wp-config.php before it makes any database
   queries. You’d only get a database connection error message if WordPress can’t
   connect to the database specified in wp-config.php.
