# wp-comments-post.php error

 * everytime i post a comment i get this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined 
   function: wp_redirect() in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\mt\ldp\wp-comments-post.php on 
   line 62
 * and the line 62 is:
    _ $location = (empty($\_POST[‘redirect\_to’])) ? $\_SERVER[“
   HTTP\_REFERER”] : $\_POST[‘redirect\_to’]; _
 * wp_redirect($location); // this one is the 62.
 * anyway. has an idea of what can be?
