WP CLone times out on local host!

    I used WP Clone on my (online) website to create a full backup. The process worked well and I was provided with an url of the clone. I then used WP CLone to install this on my local host version of the site. It seemed to go ok for a while but then got:

    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in C:\xampp\htdocs\xxxxxxxx.com\wp-admin\includes\class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 217

    Line 217 seems to be $rtval = copy($source, $destination); but that doesn’t help me sort out the problem.

    Any ideas?
