# WP Clone – keep getting error message: restricted

 * I’m using WP Clone to copy a site from one server to another (from a flywheel
   demo site server to my client’s server).
 * I keep getting this message when trying to restore on the new site:
 * Error Message : Restricted
 * Temporary files created in **SITE-ROOT**/wp-content/wpclone-temp will be deleted.
 * Also, I downloaded the zip file from the restore, and tried opening it on my 
   computer. It wouldn’t open, and I got this message: the compressed folder is 
   invalid.
 * I have no idea what I’m supposed to do! Any ideas?
