 * Is there any way to force the language to English when using WP-CLI? WP-CLI sometimes
   outputs WordPress generated strings to the command line, and I’d like these to
   be in English rather than the default language I’ve set in Polylang.

 * I don’t know WP-CLI.
 * What are these strings? WordPress admin strings for logged user? If yes try setting
   the user admin language in your user profile.
