    Hello!

I tried posting comments while logged in and logged out mode, but it seems WP Cerber is still blocking me from commenting.

When I further investigated, it threw an error – ERROR: Sorry, human verification failed.

I’ve setup ReCaptcha correctly and bot detection system for comments is enabled.

When I deactivated the plugin, comment posting works fine.

Kindly look into the issue and revert ASAP.

    Thank you in advance.

Check the Activity log for related reCAPTCHA events. Anyway, the Activity log and the Live Traffic log are your tools to figure out the reason.

    Hi Gioni!

    Thanks for the reply.

It just denied the comments by saying bot detected.

There is no bot as I am submitting the comment myself.

Plus, there’s no activity recorded in the traffic log but only in the activity log where I tracked bot detection.

I am not sure what’s causing the issue. Seems like I will have to deactivate WP Cerber if it didn’t work out.

I would recommend disabling reCAPTCHA for the comment form. Enabling the antibot engine is enough in most cases.
