# WP Bakery White Screen Error

 * Hello guys.
 * Just purchased this theme: [https://themeforest.net/item/sona-portfolio/23041218](https://themeforest.net/item/sona-portfolio/23041218)
 * Everything was imported as instructed, suddenly as i work and edit with the WP
   Bakery Plugin, i get a White Screen when i hit “Save” or change things around
   this is really weird and frustrating.
 * I can’t see what im doing. If i load my website it loads normally, changes are
   being made but if i edit with WP Bakery Plugin, every time i hit save it goes
   White only showing the Menu on the Side, nothing else.
 * This is weird, and i need help.
 * Any solutions?

 * Since that is a commercial theme or plugin, we ask that you please go to their
   official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it 
   best.

 * Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would
   not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have
   faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s
   developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, 
   as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back
   to the community in a more robust way.
 * PS:
    You can check your server’s PHP error.log for last strings with “Fatal” 
   and paste them here, theme dev support will also ask for them.
