# WP Bakery Visual Composer

 * Hi,
    In desperate need of some help here… my website [http://www.glitterbugwallpaper.co.uk](http://www.glitterbugwallpaper.co.uk)
   has been experiencing some problems now for over one week and I have tried everything
   I possible can. I have recently uploaded some large photos to my website page
   as well as updating my theme and updating a plugin called WP Bakery Visual Composer,
   so im thinking one of these actions has caused the issue. I can access my website
   from a desktop/laptop but it is really slow. Im unable to get access on a tablet
   or phone unless I turn off the plugin Visual Composer but when i turn this off
   the main construction of my site is replaced with code/text eg sliders and home
   page pictures. Im also getting an error 500 to sometimes when loading on laptops
   and tablets. I have access to the error logs but if im honest this makes no sense
   to me at all. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance Hannah
