You can try the WordPress EZ Backup plugin.

Thanks, I’ll give it a shot!
Did that plugin work for you? If not, there is another I can suggest.

A friend of mine suggested this after chatting with you.

I did some research and it seemed OK, so he was a phone call away “just in case”. It worked.
Thank you so much for your help, I am learning so much about WP, yet have much more to learn.
That plugin was going to be my next suggestion. It’s the one I use the most.
I am currently using WP 2.6.3 and I want to upgrade to 2.8.3- do I use the WP-DBManager 2.31 or 2.40??
WP-DBManager 2.50 For WordPress 2.8.x
» WP-DBManager 2.40 For WordPress 2.7.x
» WP-DBManager 2.31 For WordPress 2.1.x To 2.6.x
» WP-DBManager 2.05 For WordPress 2.0.x
» WP-DBManager 1.00 For WordPress 1.5.2
For 2.6.3 you would use the 2.3.1 version of WP-DBManager. When you decide to upgrade WordPress, disable the plugin, upgrade WordPress, upgrade the plugin, and then reactivate it.
