WP API V1 list all orders error 401 on page 2

We are using the latest WP and Woo Commerce and trying to use the WP V1 API (newest).

Using the http method for authorization from a Windows Desktop VB.Net program.

We can get the first page fine but not the 2nd page. Get 401 Unauthorized.

It is not clear how the authentication should be done.
Since the parameters (i.e. page) is being changed from 1 to 2 then I assume all the other url changes for the nonce and signature must also be done. Which we do but get the 401 error.

Any guidelines or sample code on this???
