Hi @jobzavia!
WP Analytics menu, CSV file, net sales summation is not equal to value that show in Analytics menu
I understand that in WooCommerce Analytics, the CSV you download is not matching up to Net Sales you see on the screen. That’s odd, as these should be the same data! As a first step, is the CSV you export showing all the lines that exist for Products on the screen itself?

You might also see if regenerating the Analytics data helps. You can do that by following these steps:
- Go to Analytics > Settings in your dashboard.
- Scroll down to the “Import Historical Data” section and click the “Start” button.
- Once that completes, try downloading a CSV again to see if there is any change.
If you’re still not seeing Net Sales matching, are you using the analytics built into WooCommerce or have you additionally installed WooCommerce Admin?
Hi @jobzavia,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you try deleting all previously imported orders from Analytics > Settings:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/#analytics-settings__import-progress
Then reimport all order data from the same page after the deletion process has been completed? This will ensure all data is present.
As for the differences between each report type, this is expected since each account for its own report type. Depending on which report you’re viewing, taxes or refunds may be omitted to given details about that specific report. The details for each report can be found here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics
Last but not the least, it may be helpful to view a smaller range of dates or even a single day to compare with the orders under WooCommerce > Orders to help make sense of the data.
