I have been trying to figure this out for hours. I uploaded all the files correctly and have called to the .php file hundreds of times but it is never found. I can access the .html files and the .txt files in the same folders NO PROBLEM, but it won't find the .php files.

I don't know what to do.

Site url and where did you upload files to? The root (/html, or /public_html or /www)? Or a directory(folder)?

The link you supplied goes to http://www.clinicforspecialchildren.org/CSC/Home.html, not a "Beta" file which your link indicates http://www.clinicforspecialchildren.org/Beta/

...where did you upload files to? The root (/html, or /public_html or /www)? Or a directory(folder)?

well, there is no beta file because wordpress won't load... that's just the subdirectory where, if this every works, I'll build the beta version.

I believe that the directory you created "Beta" is outside of the root directory because everyone of your present site's addreses have "http://www.clinicforspecialchildren.org/CSC/" and then the page name.

I would check to see if the Beta file needs to be within the /CSC/ directory.

If I call: http://www.clinicforspecialchildren.org/CSC/Beta/, I get: "File Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server."

    When I should get:
    "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /CSC/Beta/ on this server."

    ...if the file existed.

The same with: http://www.clinicforspecialchildren.org/Beta/, I should get:
    "Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /Beta/ on this server."

there's another folder in the CSC directory, BetaSite, and the same still happens. This whole file system was set up by doctors at the clinic, so naturally, it's not exactly well put together... So, I'm not sure what the root folder actually is.

You should look in every directory to see if the WP files are in one of them. You uploaded them, so they should be somewhere. The three files would begin with "wp-".
