 * i have just install word press and change all information as documented however
   when i navigate to wp-admin/install.php i can not get a installation page to 
   display in either ie or firfox

 * Try to enable DisplayErrors for php and check http logs of your website. May 
   be you’ll find an error there and it will be a key to solution.

 * Problem Solved install use Cpanel then upgraded as per Utune video work 100 %
