# wp-admin/install.php DOESENT work!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP

 * I have downloaded and put the files on my webserver, when i point my browser 
   to (my domain)/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
    000000000000000000 (my domain)
   being my website address. The tree goes www > wordpress > wp-admin > install.
   php 000000000000000000 www being my main directory 000000000000000000 when i 
   do it it just comes up with a white screen so plan b. i tried to configer manually
   to find there is no wp-config-template.php file 000000000000000000 please help

 * I think it may be incomplete on the website it suggests that the download is 
   4.7 MB but My download is only 2.5
    Could this be the problem?

 * Downloading again its it going past 2.5 MB this time.
    Anyone else reading this,
   problem solved =)
