 * Hi,
 * I recently moved my blog onto a new domain. I guess i’ve done something wrong
   as, although browsing the blog works fine I am unable to access the admin panel.
   Going to wp-login.php shows the login form, but once logged in, or when navigating
   straight to /wp-admin/ I get the following error:
 *     ```
       Warning: require_once(/home/internub/online/0l.ly/wp-admin/includes/admin.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/internub/online/0l.ly/wp-admin/admin.php on line 64
   
       Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/internub/online/0l.ly/wp-admin/includes/admin.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/internub/online/0l.ly/wp-admin/admin.php on line 64
       ```
   
 * Checking my error_log (in /wp-admin/) I have the following:
 *     ```
       [23-Mar-2012 18:34:10] PHP Warning:  require_once(/home/internub/online/0l.ly/wp-admin/includes/admin.php) [<a href='function.require-once'>function.require-once</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/internub/online/0l.ly/wp-admin/admin.php on line 64

 * I’ve looked in /wp-admin/ and there is no folder called ‘includes’… Did this 
   somehow get missed in the move? Any ideas for fixing this?

 * the easiest fix is to re install WordPress.
 * 1. backup your database
    2. backup your files/plugins. 3. your uploads.
