# WP Admin Website Unavailable

 * I can’t get into WP Administration or into my website. I’ve tried multiple types
   of browsers to get in and multiple computers. Nothing works. The page is just
   blank. Not sure which version of WP is running because I can’t get into my site.
   Can get into my host site Arvixe just fine. This has happened within the past
   week.

 * Does your site function normally when you view it? If yes, try [manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
 * If you have installed a default theme, access your server via [FTP or SFTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   navigate to `/wp-content/themes/` and rename the directory of your currently 
   active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-
   out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Deactivating the plugins worked. I will have to find out which was the problem
   but I know how to check them now. Thanks!
