I have done a clean installation of WordPress and before I could even get started properly, the Admin is too slow.
I am on a dedicated server with very low load on it. The server is quad-core with $GB RAM running CentOS6.3 + WHM + Apache2.2 + nginx 1.2 + APC3.1 + MySQL 5.5 (99% InnoDB tables).
The server is running a big SMF forum and a small SMF forum. This is first time I have installed wordpress on this server.
I have not installed many plugins in WP and it’s still an empty installation but for some reason admin side is too slow and is timing out alot in Chrome and Firefox both.
Any idea what could be conflicting and how to debug? I have tried searching everywhere but couldn’t find any solution.
Thanks in advance for your time.
