 * Hi everyone,
 * I’m relatively new to administering WordPress sites, but we are using WP as a
   hosting for online documentation at our organization. We have multiple editors
   and admins, but I was wondering if there’s a way to give specific users access
   to edit all WP instances, but restrict access to updating plugins and WordPress?
   Right now we are using the super admin, admin, and editor roles. Hope this question
   makes sense and thanks in advance!
 * Ian
