WP-Admin redirecting, can't access Dashboard or Log in at all.

Hi guys,

So my site was just changed via FTP a bit a few days ago – I can’t remember exactly what I did so I have to go for a more general solution. Basically whenever I go to the wp-admin section of my site, it gives me the “too many redirect loops” error, so I pretty much can’t manage the site at all. I’ve tried almost every solution – disabling plugins via FTP by changing the folder name, switching themes to twentytwelve and what not, etc etc. Still – nothing works. Could someone help me out here? Skype assistance would be cool, too.
