WP admin password changed and my theme INDEX page contains redirect codes

    My blog Abttech.com is hacked and my WP admin password is changed. And also my theme MAIN INDEX PAGE has cleard and added with some redirect code.

    abttech.com redirected to dp.000.in

    I dont know how my password they changed!

    Please Help. This is second time i`m facing this same problem
