Switching host from Godaddy to Laughing Squid.
Now, maybe I’m spoiled by Godaddy’s one-click install, but I am not completely ignorant and have managed to get my site working again (seekingscytheria.com) so this leads me to believe my database is set up properly.
However, when I try to log in to wp-admin, it will allow me to enter my username and password, but then shows me a completely blank page. I have tried deleting wp-admin and wp-includes and replacing them with fresh copies of the folders and I have replaced all wp-content files and folders with new copies as if I were upgrading. I have tried renaming my .htaccess to .htaccess2, I have tried renaming my plugin folder to plugins2, I have checked and rechecked my wp-config for anything weird (extra spaces or scripts). The only thing I can think of is that this is somehow related to the way laughing squid forces you to keep all of your files in a directory (in my case http://www.seekingscytheria.com/web/content).
This is my online portfolio, I have something like 50 job application out right now, and I would really like to add more of my work to my page as soon as possible.
