 * hi there,
    I have a problem that is driving me crazy.. when I login and navigate
   around dashboard, I get overload peaks … there is some examples from my cPanel
 * Process CPU MEM
    /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel ./frontend/x3/hg/processes.php 1% 0.1%/
   usr/local/cpanel/cpanel ./frontend/x3/hg/ajax.php 4059.9% 11.0% /usr/local/cpanel/
   cpanel ./frontend/x3/hg/processes.php 962.3% 30.0%
 * I already disabled Heartbeat, one of possible problems
    My host is Hosgator

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
