wp-admin not working (can't access dashboard)

Our website loads in correctly for viewers, but we are no longer able to access our dashboard to make any changes.

When trying to get to the dashboard, a blank page shows up.

We haven’t altered the website for weeks, so I don’t know what triggered this problem.
