# wp-admin not loading

 * Hello! I am a very non-technical person, so although I have read through many
   posts here, I’m not sure that I understand.
 * I am not able to load: thedaysofgifts.com/wp-admin
 * I have logged into my cPanel on Bluehost, but I don’t know exactly which file
   to delete or change the name of. I’m also not entirely sure how to disable plugins
   if I can’t log in to the site.
 * Could someone please help me? I would really appreciate it!
