wp-admin log in

When signing in to work on my blog it I have an issue. When I add the
username and password, it brings up additional input at the url.

I do not sign in, it is redirected and then comes back to the sign in.
This is happening on a couple of my blogs and I do not know what has set this off and more important. I do not know how to fix.
