 * Hello,
 * Have a look at [Installing WordPress in Your Language](http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language).
   There are instruction on how to manually install language files as well as a
   link to a page where you can download [WordPress in Your Language](https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/).
 * Hope this helps.

 * Have you tried to copy a clean copy of WordPress over your existing installation?

 * If possible rewrite all the files directly? or It must reinstall wordpress 4.5.2?

   The .po and .mo files are in wp-content/languages and in wp-content/themes/designfolio-
   child/languages. I tried to uninstall all plugins and I changed the theme, to
   see if there was some interference, but remains in English 🙁

 * You can overwrite the files directly. The codex has instructions on doing a [manual update](https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update).
 * Just in case something goes wrong, don’t forget to make a backup of your site.
