# WP Admin Issue

 * For some reason, this is happening intermittently, please view the link below:

 * This only happens when I log into my WP Admin side, I’ve played around with some
   settings but it still keeps on happening.
 * What is there that I can do to resolve / fix this.
 * Please let me know.

 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)(
   no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [SFTP or FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to `/wp-content/
   themes/` and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force
   the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (
   theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Thanks for the reply.
 * I’ve already deactivated all the plugins and activated just the once we use, 
   nothing happen so far though.
 * I installed the “W3 Total Cache” plugin, but the whole configuration process 
   is not explained that good, any other suggestions on caching plugins?

 * I haven’t used any personally for a while. I recommend asking at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/w3-total-cache)
   so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
