# WP admin interface: right column's tools inactive

 * Hi,
 * I’m having problem in my brainfuels.com admin interface’s right column tools,
   they don’t work, neither buttons, nor boxes, nor links. For example, I cannot
   add tags, edit publishing date, connect with WP help. To make it short, I can
   only use the Update button thank God. What can be the reason?
 * My another blog admin for agelessbrain.com, also with WP, works OK

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
 * – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently
   inactive plugin can still cause problems.
 * – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of 
   WordPress?
 * – increasing the memory available to PHP?
