# WP-Admin Install

 * Can you give me a hint at to what is going wrong here? I have followed instructions
   and watched tutorial video. I am going to [http://www.shieldsfilms.com/commercial/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.shieldsfilms.com/commercial/wp-admin/install.php)
   where all files reside and I get this Error Message:
 * Warning: require_once(/hsphere/local/home/tshields2000/shieldsfilms.com/commercial/
   wp-settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hsphere/
   local/home/tshields2000/shieldsfilms.com/commercial/wp-config.php on line 31 
   Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/hsphere/local/home/tshields2000/
   shieldsfilms.com/commercial/wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.:/hsphere/shared/
   apache/libexec/php5ext/php/’) in /hsphere/local/home/tshields2000/shieldsfilms.
   com/commercial/wp-config.php on line 31

    _commercial/**wp-settings.php**): failed to open stream: **No such 
   file** _ – usually, it means not all the files were uploaded.
