/wp-admin/install.php?step=1 issue

Hello.

I was working on my site, basically it was already done, and I was trying to configure HTTPS protocol unsuccessfully. From the page where I start using wordpress I click the manage site, but it redirected me to http://MySite/wp-admin/install.php and from here, my hell starts to begin…, Now I cannot access my admin login neither my dashboard and anything. My site is not working anymore and I cannot do anything else. Basically every time I tried to access my site it just redirect me to http://MySite/wp-admin/install.php which I try to continue, but it basically get stuck until it timeout….

Since I’m new with this WordPress world, I just realize that I’m working with wordpress.org which I dont find any kind of support, but I already pay 3 years of hosting…,

Please I need advice on what to do, or how to recover my page or my money. or at least get a real live support on this.

I’m so frustrated after spending some days understanding this platform to end up having nothing but a bug that I cannot fix.
