 * Hello,
 * my Wp-admin folder remove automatically, i just upload again but within 15 min
   again folder is empty, So my site is hacked ?

 * I would recommend you to perform a fresh reinstallation of your WordPress site:
   
   1) Backup your database 2) Keep a note of any plugins you have installed 3) Keep
   a copy of any theme modifications you did (make sure to install the theme from
   a clean source too) 4) If you’re on cPanel/Plesk, perform a full backup just 
   in case 5) Delete everything except for the `/wp-content/uploads/` folder. Also
   check that there are no hidden files or folders in your public_html. 6) Perform
   a fresh WordPress 4.4.1 installation 7) Install your theme, your plugins, and
   make sure that your uploads folder is in the correct path. 8) Restore the database
 * Your WordPress site should now be fully working again with everything installed
   fresh from safe sources.
