  • I have this problem too. Even if I delete this plugin, I can’t access any orders…is that what you had too?

    Did you find a fix?

I have the same problem, except that I get a 500 error when I try to display any orders.

I have no reason to believe that it is due to this plugin. Do either of the other posters?

I have not yet gone through the pain of disabling all of my plugins yet.

@dingbaloo The first poster has a link to the thread where Woocommerce looked at the logs where this plugin seemed to be the cause, but nothing’s definite until it can be replicated consistently to ID the problem.

For me this happened while testing orders out on a new site, both with Paypal and Stripe (WC’s plugin). I ended up using a modified Delete All Orders plugin to delete all the orders. I’ve changed plugins and will be changing for other websites as a precaution.

@mbv @dingbaloo Actually I haven’t received any solution till date. So now I kept receiving new orders which made those orders go back and new orders are visible but those exact orders are no more visible or editable but information are available in database

    Same issue here..

And the plugin developer just ignores us !

    how unacceptable it is !

How to ask WP to remove this DANGEROUS plugin from directory ?

    Thanks.

    There is a solution??

The broken order page was fixed for me by a WooCommerce update. Maybe it is running the database updater, I’m not sure and I can’t test it again now that it works.

If you wish to try running the WooCommerce database updater, you should be able to run it without any damage, and it may fix your problem. This question on Stack Overflow has an answer that describes how to do it: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35737894/manually-run-woocommerce-db-updater

Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee that it will work for you. Obviously the plugin is no longer supported, but I continue to use it without problems after a WooCommerce update seemed to fix the problem for my site.

@dingbaloo Why using this stupid plugin when the one from Automatic is a lot better ?!

@katilla65hu This post claims to offer a solution, and one user has confirmed that it worked for them.
