Could you tell me what theme and what other plugins do you have active on the website?

Sure! The theme is Hestia.
I have attached you 4 screenshots of the installed plugins:

I’ve tried now the plugin with the Hestia Pro 2.0.14 theme and with the 8 plugins from your screenshot. None of them hides the options of the WooCommerce Multi-Step Checkout plugin.
On the other hand you’ve mentioned that you have 4 screenshots with the installed plugins. I see only one linked. Could you please link the other 3 screenshots?

The issue shows up only when the WordPress FAQ Plugin – WPWorx is also installed. We’ve asked them to load their admin CSS file only on the necessary pages, not on all admin pages. Here is the support topic we’ve opened.
Unfortunately we cannot do anything more on our side. You’ll have to wait for the WPWorx to solve it.
