  • I’ve now tried disabling all of my plugins and then reactivating them one by one. The Site Stats panel only appears in WP Admin after Jetpack is activated, and it is already spinning, so my suspicions are on Jetpack.

The stats appear to be fine in the Jetpack Site Stats window itself, but just spin on the WP Admin page.

I did check the Chrome console window and saw this:

Just to clarify, are you only seeing this occur in Chrome? Or is it also happening in other browsers?

    • Firefox (Windows 10, Android 7.0)
    • Edge (Windows 10)

Hey @hollandnumerics – Just a quick follow up to let you know that our developers found the bug that’s causing the problem, and they’re working on a solution.

You can still follow how things are going here:

Meanwhile, deactivating the Markdown module should temporarily fix the problem.

Thanks for that information @erania-pinnera and for getting back to me @hollandnumerics 🙂 Cheers all!

I have the same problem. Where can I find the Markdown module control so I can deactivate it?

This issue should be addressed in Jetpack 6.3. For now, we will mark this as resolved, but if you see any problems after the update is released, please let us know via a new thread:

    Thank you for your patience!
