WP Admin Dashboard and Menu Area Broken

    The WP Admin screen is not displaying Javascript. HTML is working and site overall functions fine but when click on link in dashboard tabs do not render and I can’t properly use/edit my menus.

    I have disabled plugins
    uninstalled and re-uploaded themes

    Not sure what to do. Looked in forum and it was suggested to add define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); before this line: require_once.

    The Javascript is enabled as well.

    At a loss. Been through Hostgator…they couldn’t help…and need to get this resolved asap.
