WP-Admin Cannot Login – Redirects

Hello,

my website is “www.enmotioncharters.com/home/”. I recently noticed the site plugins and theme had changed slightly. Some stopped working. So I tried logging at “http://www.enmotioncharters.com/home/wp-login.php” to correct them. Every time I enter my correct name and password, it redirects to “http://www.enmotioncharters.com/home/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.enmotioncharters.com%2Fhome%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1” without an error message or taking me to the dashboard.

I tried clearing my cache & cookies as well as different browsers and devices. I tried changing the plugin name and theme name from Cpanel to disable those. That did not work. I also checked my .htaccess file. Here is what that currently looks like.
