# wp-admin blank screen

 * Hello everyone
 * When I moved my website to another host I found it difficult to get the site(
   s) back up and running. Now I am encountering a problem with the wordpress dashboard.
   Whenever I try to login via mydomain.com/wp-admin I get the following message:

   > header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /mnt/webt/
   > b2/67/54592467/htdocs/shop/wp-includes/theme.php on line 1663 Fatal error: 
   > require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/mnt/webt/b2/67/54592467/htdocs/shop/
   > wp-admin/custom-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/RZphp55/includes’) in /mnt/
   > webt/b2/67/54592467/htdocs/shop/wp-includes/theme.php on line 1663
 * Plugins are disabled and the theme that is being used now is the wordpress twentyfifteen
   theme. It is possible for me to login but not possible to go to the dashboard
   given the message above. How can I get this fixed?

 * Hello, zapster94, & welcome to the WordPress support forum.
 * It really is helpful in these situations if an url to the site in question is
   provided. Having said that, I’d recommend you first consider reuploading all 
   WordPress files & see if that doesn’t solve your problem.
 * If it does not, then please be so kind as to provide a site url, as much information
   can often be gained by viewing the site in question.

 * Hello Jackie. I already reinstalled all WordPress files except certain files 
   in the wp-content folder.
 * The URL is: shop.studieverenigingpolis.nl
 * Debug is set to true. So when trying to get the reach wp-admin the error is showed.
   The url in the database is also set to shop.studieverenigingpolis.nl. Thanks

 * Well, it appears you can log in by going to:
    [http://shop.studieverenigingpolis.nl/wp-login.php](http://shop.studieverenigingpolis.nl/wp-login.php)
 * I don’t understand Dutch too well, but that sure does look like a login screen
   to me.
 * Looks like you’ve possibly got some remnants of your previous host’s path left
   over in the database.

   shop/wp-includes/theme.php on line 1663”
 * Maybe you can post line 1663 or several lines surrounding it for us to look at.

 * I also think that might be the case but I would not know where to look to change
   any more paths. It is propably a problem that arose when the two websites in 
   one database went to two websites in two different databases.
 * So I’ve decided to build a new website/webshop and import the data from the old
   database in there. Thanks for your help!
