Wp-Admin all files removed while upgrade

    When i try upgrading this extension from wordpress admin , it keeps loading and when i check the admin url in other tab , its showing error .
    I did check in file system and I found all files under wp-admin is removed.
    Any reason why its having such kind of issue.
