    Hi,
    I accidentally upgraded wordpress to version 6.7. Unfortunately, the images and graphic elements stopped being displayed in the slider. Text animations work. Did you solve this problem?

    Thanks,
    Martin

    Hi,
    I updated to version 3.6 but it still doesn’t work. However, it shows up fine in the preview in the dashboard.

    Hi all,
    Please note that your issues are different but the good news is you need to make sure you are using the latest version of Depicter, it solves the the WP compatibility issue.
    and also there were an issue related to our server for a few hours which I am so sorry about that, but right now everything is fixed. So please double check it and if still face those issue or any other issues please submit a new ticket so I can reply to you faster.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,
    I don’t know how this forum works, but I didn’t mark this thread as resolved. Because the problem is not solved for me. Also, I don’t see posts from others who have the same problem now.

    Martin

    Well we had to rollback to depicter 3.5.1, we are not moving to 3.6.0 because it took a lot of work to rollback. Cannot download back versions, Just not a healthy customer engagement. This is a WordPress forum and the issue is with our hosting provider and differenced between WP and them. Depicter servers were down and we cannot afford to have that same issue in the future. Looking for alternative hosting provider that will support plugins that are used by many of the WP Community. Consider my posts closed and thank you for always responding.

    Hi,
    It would probably be no problem to switch to the paid version of Depicter. (Maybe the problem would then be solved with support). But unfortunately I no longer trust this plugin and will rather look for another product. Thanks Martin

    Hi,
    I found that the issue appears to be caused by a conflict between the Depicter slider plugin and the Powerkit plugin. Can you look at it and let me know, please?

    Hello guys, Thank you for your feedback.

    Regarding the problem with editing your sliders, we have double-checked this and there is no incompatibility with the latest version of the Depicter and WordPress. The source of the problem must be something else. Please check our guidelines here and let me know if any errors can help identify the problem.  I would like to ask you double check and if still face issue please submit a new ticket to have a clear ticket and fucos on one problem on the ticket.

    For the recent backend problem, please note that there was an unexpected but temporary server issue and it’s resolved now. Please check again and let us know if you are experiencing the problem again.

    @grussell1

    Thank you for the follow-up on your situation. I would like to state again besides the temporary server downtime which was resolved quickly after, there is no problem with the latest version of Depicter and WordPress. Whatever the problem is, we can identify it by investigating possible console errors and debug errors.

    @martiko

    Thanks for reporting this you reported this in another topic as well. We will check it and let you know on the ticket as well.

    I mark this ticker as a resolved one and if still face the issues please submit a new ticket. There are different things in this ticket and it is hard to focus on the issues.
