 * Can you please confirm if this plug-in is compatible with WordPress 5.6?
    As 
   well as if it still is compatible with “Postie” plug-in?

 * STC is tested and works with 5.6.
    As for Postie: if the Postie plugin is following
   the WP rules I see now reason why it should not be compatible. If it does not
   work and has worked before it will be interesting to find out why. In that case
   I can support you but only if I have admin access to your site.
