WP 5.5 UI: side widgets h3 element lost border-bottom CSS

    After updating to WordPress 5.5 due to Trac: #39074 the header in all the side widgets have lost their border-bottom CSS.

    This can easily be fixed by placing the <h3> element(s) inside an extra container with class “postbox-header”.
