I did a fresh install after reading this message and I had no issues whatsoever.
shrinidhim, do you have WordFence installed? Try to remove the plugin by FTP. That worked for me.

How to use FTP? Even I am getting error message “Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/nevojaa/public_html/wp-content/themes/skt-coffee/inc/about-themes.php:9) in /home/nevojaa/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171”
I have installed FTP on my system. not sure how to use it. Please guide.
We had been getting
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/gohyptjm/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1515) in /home/gohyptjm/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1171
and also an error on line 388 on the functions file.
we were using wp-content\themes\woow theme, with woocommerce
The fix for us was I deleted 2 carriage returns at the bottom of either pluggable.php or the \woow\functions.php (cant remember which file, but it fixed it!).
i guess, it was issue with hosting. i tried with some other server/hosting, it worked without issues.
hence i am closing this thread.
