For those still employing Tailor, you may notice that after updating to WP 4.9 (which introduces many Customizer updates), Tailor elements are no longer able to be saved. The element modal is no longer dismissable. This renders Tailor basically unusable. I would be curious to have someone confirm this. Time to find a new solution, I suppose … and start updating old sites.

  • Confirmed. Thankfully not too many of my clients rely on Tailor exclusively at the moment.

Bleh. I was in the middle of building three sites that all utilized Tailor for at least 1-2 pages. Time to start over. 😞

Is anybody here capable of helping to fix this? Would be great if we could nut out the problem. The console error seems to be in sidebar.min.js but doesn’t exactly help with what is going wrong.

Woohoo! Thank you pushing an update! Tailor has a little life left in it, yet.
