blank page when using rtl language

    Hi, i am using RLT language (Arabic), the admin page is always blank, it only appears when the size on the page changes. For example, in this case, is web page content only visible when I enable Devtool on Chrome?
    Please check my image.

    This can be a very annoying bug for anyone using RTL language like me!
