 * Im having issues using the latest version of this plugin with my WP site, it 
   doesn’t seem to be working at all and I was not sure if I was the only one experiencing
   these issues.
 * The installation and activation seems to work fine but the plugin has no effect,
   is there any current known issue with 3.4.2 and if so any idea as to a resolution?

 * I just released v3.3 of the plugin. I fixed a bug relating the the partial username
   restrictions, but that doesn’t sound like what you’re experiencing.
 * If you continue to have issues, please provide more details about what you’re
   attempting to do. How have you configured the plugin and how are you verifying
   that is isn’t working?
