WP 3.4.2 – Pages & Posts display fatal Error

for some reason I’m receiving the following error when visiting PAGES or POSTS in my Dashboard:

Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Posts_List_Table’ not found in /home/nicaeaac/public_html/wp-admin/includes/list-table.php on line 42

I’ve tried deleting the INCLUDES directory and uploading a fresh one via downloading the files from this site; no success, error still exists. It’s actually part of a much bigger error, but that’s the final result. here’s the whole thing:
