# WP 3.0 access

 * I just upgraded to 3.0 and now I cannot access my ‘Theme options’ from my dashboard.
 * “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
 * Please help.

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

 * Thanks for your suggestions, but it is still not accessable. If anyone has similar

 * I completely wiped my wordpress installation and did a fresh install. Same issue.
   for Headers and Background i get the permission error.
