WP 2.7 Kills my server!

    hello…

    i used wp 2.6.3 with no problems at all… my server was smooth and fast…

    no i upgraded to 2.7 and everything f…ks up…

    i tried it with all plugins disabled, didn’t affect anything…

    i have more than 11000 users registered on my blog and all users are authors so they can publish posts…

    i think the problem is in the quickedit feature because it loads the whole userlist everytime the edit dashboard has loaded…

    i could remove it hardcoded from the edit-form-advanced.php and editing or writing single posts improved like 50 times faster…

    wp 2.7 kills atm my server all the time… it was updated to the latest whm, apache etc. and there are no signs of rootkits or other malware on the server…

    how can i remove the quickedit thingy from my blog?

    i tried editing the .js files from the wp-admin/js (removing post_author) but it didn’t remove it…

    hello?!

    it’s very urgent cuz i’m loosing constantly users since i installed 2.7 …

    it was a fresh install, i deleted every file and folder besides wp-content…

    had like 9000 unique ip hits daily but now because my serverload is high all the time and the server dies it dropped below 2000 🙁
